KDN+ Producers may request identity, business, or rights-related information to verify that a user is authorized to submit content for review.

Verification information may be used to help confirm identity, business association, rights ownership, or authorization to submit a film or related content.

Submitting verification information does not guarantee that a producer, company, or submission will be approved.

When you submit film-related information, KDN+ may use that information to review the content for potential approval, catalog placement, ad-supported streaming, licensing consideration, or other KDN+ opportunities.

Submitted materials may be reviewed by authorized KDN+ team members, contractors, reviewers, service providers, or business representatives involved in the review and approval process.

If payments, revenue share, licensing fees, or paid services are introduced, payment information may be processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

KDN+ does not intend to store sensitive card details directly on its servers. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers according to their own security and privacy practices.

KDN+ Producers may use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience, maintain login sessions, understand platform usage, and support security.

Users may request account support or deletion where applicable, but certain records may be retained where required for legal, contractual, fraud prevention, or business documentation purposes.

The platform may include links to third-party services, storage providers, payment providers, or external websites. KDN+ is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services.

KDN+ may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When updates are made, the Last Updated date may be revised.

Continued use of KDN+ Producers after changes are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
