Terms of Use

KDN+ Producers is a submission and review platform that allows producers, filmmakers, distributors, rights owners, and authorized agents to submit films and related materials to KDN+ for review.

The platform may be used to submit movie information, artwork, title logos, trailer links, full video links, rights confirmations, verification documents, and related materials.

Submitting content through KDN+ Producers does not guarantee:

• Approval
• Publication
• Streaming availability
• Promotion
• Payment
• Licensing
• Revenue share
• Distribution
• Partnership
• Any commercial relationship with KDN+

KDN+ may approve, reject, request changes, archive, or require additional agreements for any submission at its discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account, completing verification, and submitting content.

KDN+ may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that provide false information, submit unauthorized content, violate these Terms, or misuse the platform.

By using KDN+ Producers, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or legally able to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

You also represent that you are one of the following:

• Producer
• Director
• Distributor
• Rights owner
• Authorized agent
• Other approved representative with permission to submit the content

KDN+ may require identity, business, or rights-related verification before reviewing or approving certain submissions.

Verification may include government ID, business documents, rights confirmations, or other supporting materials.

KDN+ may approve, reject, or request updates to verification information at its discretion.

When submitting a film, you may be required to provide:

• Movie title
• Content type
• Genre
• Language
• Runtime
• Release year
• Country
• Synopsis or caption
• Cast and crew information
• Director and producer information
• Poster image
• Banner image
• Movie title logo
• Trailer URL
• Full video URL
• Subtitle file, where applicable
• Territory information
• Exclusivity information
• Rights ownership confirmation
• Ad permission information
• Notes to KDN+

KDN+ may reject or request changes to submissions that are incomplete, inaccurate, low quality, misleading, or unsupported by proper rights information.

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or control the rights to the submitted content, or you are authorized to submit it.
• The content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
• You have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, releases, and clearances.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• KDN+ may review the submitted content and related materials for consideration.

You agree to cooperate with KDN+ if additional rights documentation is requested.

You retain ownership of your submitted content, subject to any rights granted to KDN+ under the applicable submission agreement or any separate agreement.

By submitting materials through the platform, you grant KDN+ permission to store, review, evaluate, and internally share those materials for submission review purposes.

If your submission is approved, additional rights and permissions may be governed by the KDN+ Producer Submission Agreement or another agreement between the parties.

Certain submissions may require acceptance of a Producer Submission Agreement.

For the standard automated flow, the agreement may become active only if the submission is approved by KDN+.

If a submission requires special licensing, exclusivity, upfront payment, custom revenue terms, or other non-standard terms, KDN+ may require a separate agreement before moving forward.

Most submissions may be considered for ad-supported placement where applicable.

Licensing consideration is not guaranteed. KDN+ may decide whether a submission qualifies for licensing review based on internal standards, rights information, content quality, commercial value, and platform needs.

Any upfront payment, exclusive license, paid acquisition, or custom commercial arrangement must be separately approved and documented.

You agree not to submit or upload content that:

• You do not own or have authority to submit
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights
• Contains unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful information
• Includes malware, corrupted files, or harmful code
• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Is submitted under a false identity
• Attempts to manipulate or abuse the review process

KDN+ may remove, reject, or report content where appropriate.

KDN+ may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the KDN+ Producers platform at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

By using KDN+ Producers, you agree that KDN+ may contact you about account activity, verification, submissions, agreements, status updates, support, and related platform communications.

The KDN+ name, logo, platform design, branding, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to KDN+.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or misuse KDN+ intellectual property without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KDN+ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, submission of content, review outcomes, delays, rejection decisions, or lost opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KDN+, KDN Group LLC, affiliates, team members, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your submitted content
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights
• False or inaccurate rights claims
• Unauthorized submissions
• Misuse of the platform

KDN+ may suspend or terminate your account or access to the platform if you violate these Terms, submit false information, misuse the platform, or create legal, security, or operational risk.

KDN+ may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction selected by KDN+ or stated in the applicable agreement.
